Full Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us.

At BODYCON COLLECTION, your satisfaction is our priority. Our returns policy is designed to make returning items easy and shopping with confidence even easier.
You have 60 days from the date your order was placed to send back your return. We recommend submitting your request to allow time for return shipping and processing. Returns received after 60 days may not be accepted. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

How to start a return
To submit a request for a return, please visit our Returns Hub. Returns will only be accepted via our returns hub. Please allow up to 3 business days for return requests to be reviewed.
Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping details for your nearest hub. USA and Australian customers can return to their local hub. International returns will be sent to the closest returns hub. Return label costs are the responsibility of the customer. Depending on your location, please allow 5–10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse and be processed.  

Returns conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Have all tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact (where applicable).
  • Be free from marks, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or tanning stains.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are returned outside their original condition may be declined or returned to you at your expense.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return, store credit, or gift card.
  • We offer a refund to store credit, or a gift card for approved returns, provided they meet all other return conditions. We do not offer refunds back to your original payment method for change of mind, sizing, or preference.
  • At this stage, exchanges are not available. If you’d like a different size or style, simply use your store credit or gift card to place a new order once your return is approved.
