All orders made from our warehouse sale are packed and shipped from our Australian warehouse.
How quickly will my order be sent?
Place your order by 2pm AEST for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the next business day.
Who delivers my order and how long will it take?
We ship all orders with Australia Post Standard Shipping, which usually takes 3–6 business days depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
All items in our warehouse sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credits — so please choose carefully. If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
Will my order come with tracking?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery via our Track My Order page.
